1. These Terms Of Service (which may be referred to with the acronym: TOS) may be subject to change without notice. Changes will be printed on this online TOS feed, and will be enforced once they have been published. Giving your assent to these TOS it is implied you accept them in their integrity without exceptions or reservations. TOS modification of conspicuous kind or relevance, or imposed by the appliable laws, may require again your assent to the TOS.
2. Full Poster services may be temporarily suspended without notice for technical reasons. Such temporarily suspensions and any temporarily malfunctions of whatever type, will not lead to any refund claim on your part. Of course it is our commitment to investigate any malfunction at the earliest time, but you are aware that this committment does not imply any guarantee whatsoever about the solution of the malfunction or of the supposed malfunction. Full Poster withholds the right to implement whatever solution it finds fit for security reasons, also if such solutions may cause annoyances to the online users.
3. This item regulates possible financial involvements, should they occur. Although it is our commitment and interest to offer financial services from third parts whose reputation is consolidated and not uncertain, you declare you are aware that financial transactions are managed via third part services and that Full Poster does not collect Credit Card data of any sort neither it has access to such data, and therefore cannot be considered liable for how these third parts handle these transactions or for what may happen during these transactions or for what may happen now or in the future to financial transaction data stored on databases or storage supports that belong to such third parts.
4. You accept that your poster may be subject to sanctions in case of violations of these Terms of Service, and that these sanctions may range from a temporary till an indefinite disabling of one or more selective features of your poster, and that they may also include a temporary suspension of your whole poster or account or even their deletion in case of repeated violations and may also eventually involve a report to police Authorities in case of criminal activities. Full Poster may also include in your poster system notices (like technical notes) or cautions for the readers generated by Full Poster itself. Full Poster may add, modify, update, upgrade, delete system characteristics at any time, being however obvious that Full Poster is interested into providing a complete and satisfactory service and that Full Poster operates with this goal. You also agree that Full Poster may introduce or apply for digital security reasons modifications to some details of the data you put in a poster (for instance: remove queries from hyperlinks, or alter potentially harmful chars). You agree that any of the above mentioned may happen without any right by your part to claim any refund or compensation.
5. Full Poster has the right to alter or inhibit the usage of whatever characteristic of the site or of your poster in the event you abused such characteristic in order to post offensive words or in the event you exploited it in order to violate the Terms of Service.
6. You are aware that all the contents you put on your poster are public and meant to be accessible to the public and have the clear purpose of being fully visible into the whole public domain of the internet: you therefore agree that the contents you include in your poster may be accessed online for review by the general public without restrictions and with all the possible entailed consequences and for the amount of time you subscribed plus a possible 60 days moratorium after your subscription expires. You will not consider Full Poster legally liable for how third parts or the public may use the material you publish on a poster. You are also aware that Full Poster cannot grant the integrity of the data in case of internal malfunctions, external annoyances, major technical upgrades, namely you will not consider Full Poster a digital system fit to store in full security material that you deem mission critical for you personally or for your enterprise. Full Poster encourages you to keep a copy (back up) of the material you publish and to which you attach any major importance.
7. In no event Full Poster provides warranty or guarantee of any kind about the partial or integral verity of whatever data, statement or material you can find on whatever poster. Whilst we endeavour to prosecute or delete the accounts of those who may provide false or fraudulent information with criminal intentions, there is still a gap before we might realize questionable material has been loaded and there is even a possibility that it completely escapes our attention and scan. You are encouraged to communicate to Full Poster possible breaches of law you may have found by surfing our profiles.
8. Full Poster makes no representations or warranties of any kind, neither expressed nor implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, suitability, availability of the information, of the posted contents, of the materials, of the items, of the products, of the services, of the graphics and images, of the possible pricing or tariffs of products for sale and of all the contents present on the posters you review. Any reliance or confidence you place on the partial or integral accuracy or verity of such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ascertain the truth of what a poster states, in the event you are interested in ascertaining it. Full Poster will never be assumed as a liable part for any kind of disputation, legal or not, arised between you and a third part or other Full Poster users for statements or information that did not correspond to the truth, or for products or anything else published or advertised on any poster whose real features do not match the raised expectations.
9. You cannot impersonate another person or legal entity for which you have no legal right. You cannot create or update or modify user accounts or posters or any part of them by automated means provided by other parts or under false or fraudulent identity. You cannot publish third parts or other persons' data without having been authorized by such third parts or persons. You cannot submit content that falsely expresses or implies that your content would have been sponsored, commercialised, shared in partnerhisp, or expressly or implicitly endorsed by Full Poster. You are also aware that Full Poster does not sell any material that may be advertised on any poster and that Full Poster has no share and no role whatsoever in any sale of such material. If Full Poster sanctions a poster for fraudulent activities it became cognizant of, it does so in order to safeguard the overall welfare of its environment and not because it would have had any role in the promotion or sale of the material in point.
10. Full Poster may vary its fees at any time and in any direction namely either increasing them or decreasing them or shifting to a free status. Full Poster may implement temporarily promotional offers: the fact you may have subscribed at a time when a promotional offer or a different fee was not active does not establish any right by you to any refund either partial or total. Full Poster withholds the right to insert advertisements on any poster.
11. Full Poster reserves its right to enable (or disable) as mandatory and at any time the areas assigned to advertisements for all those posters that have been appointed for free.
12. Posters that have been assigned for free, will remain free and will not be subject to renewal fees.
13. Subscriptions performed with the unique purpose of performing an inspection in the members area namely subscriptions that do not produce profiles compiled with sufficient and coherent textual contents, or at least a non fictitious blog usage, may be subject to forced deletion without notice. In such case the assigned identification numbers may be reassigned, after the deletion, to new subscribers. Full Poster is obviously interested in keeping as many profiles as possible, but neither empty nor populated with nonsensical texts and never updated again.
14. You cannot provide any contact data or addresses or web addresses or locations, or any information that leads to such data, when such data belongs or refers to third parts or other persons: the only contact data you can provide are either yours or those which you are legally entitled to disclose to the general public. You are aware that public information of any kind is susceptible to cause defamation or calumny or denigration crimes or have harmful effects and you accept to bear the whole legal liability for what you publish on your posters.
15. You cannot include contents entirely or partially based on steganography or cryptography of any kind, and you cannot include contents that redirect to pages or services using such characteristics. You cannot make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or professional secret or any other proprietary right that you do not own. You cannot insert any content that directly or indirectly refers to stolen goods or to items illegally commerced or acquired: if you do, your profile and account may be deleted without notice.
16. You cannot remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right notices contained in Full Poster. You are aware that some or all of the original contents of Full Poster may be protected by proprietary rights, however accrued, and that they may imply legal consequences if you seize them, use them or copy them on yours or third parts' products, redistribute them, or you pretend you have or share legal rights about them that you do not possess, or if you employ them to produce derivative works.
17. You cannot publish or make available material that promotes pyramid schemes, chain letters, spamming, and you cannot publish or make available harmful commercial messages or harmful or fraudulent advertisements. You cannot use your profile with the unique purpose, or with the main purpose, of publishing on your profile or on other Full Poster public areas links to other sites or web resources. You cannot adopt troublesome behaviours towards other subscribers and you cannot attempt to damage or defame their posters. You cannot defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights, included the rights to privacy, of other subscribers. You cannot deliver offensive or harassing or harmful material to other Full Poster subscribers or to third parts using your poster. You cannot send serial comments or comments with identical or with similar content to whatever Full Poster section or member pages: your account may be deleted without notice if, at the administration's sole discretion and judgement, you appear as spammers or even as potential spammers.
18. Images including any of the following are not allowed: obscenity, genital nudity, pornography, violence, instructions to build weapons, images suitable to generate violent political agitation, images portraying minors (whatever context the latter may appear, family pictures included), images that violate copyright rights. If you load images portraying other persons but these persons do not wish to appear online and they may prove their identity, Full Poster might comply with such requests. Full Poster may delete in any moment whatever image from your poster without notice and without any right on your part to claim any refund.
19. System administrators and their authorized delegates may access your member area at any time with the purpose of performing scheduled or extraordinary or ordinary inspections, or in order to verify or fix malfunctions, or to intervene in case of TOS violations. The integrity and originality of the data you provide is a priority within Full Poster objectives: yet you consent that modification may be introduced with the purpose of investigating or correcting malfunctions either apparent feared or real, or in case of TOS violations.
20. You cannot use your posters to perform or promote digital piracy, software or music piracy, disclosure of secret codes, phishing or any other online activity prohibited by the law.
21. You cannot access, not even attempt to access, areas on this site that are meant to be accessed with credentials you are not entitled to possess. You cannot retrieve or review, not even attempt to retrieve or review, data on this site that you are not entitled to know.
22. You cannot insert texts or inputs neither fraudulently nor through authorized functionalities whose eventual outcome is the alteration, or the partial or total concealement, or the interference with Full Poster functionalities that are collective, or critical, or of general interest such as for instance but not exclusively the navigational menu or the advertisments or the typical functions of whatever original interface of Full Poster.
23. You cannot publish, transmit, or make available in any fashion any of the following: defamatory material, material promoting racial hatred, material showing or soliciting violence of any kind on human beings or animals, questionable material concerning persons that are not of legal age, material promoting violations of the law or constitutional subversion, material including obscenity, material including genital nudity, material leading to the assemblage of harmful devices or weapons, material generating or promoting violent political propaganda or violent or questionable social agitation, material including digital viruses or harmful digital codes.
24. Full Poster may allow you to include in your pages contents provided by third parts, such as scripts. It is exclusive decision of Full Poster to determine which third parts, which contents, and through which inclusion modalities they may be allowed or not. Full Poster makes no assurance about the functionality of third parts contents, and makes no assurance on whether they may interfere or not with your contents, or compromise them either partially or in their totality. The validity and status of your accounts on other sites whose contents are included rests uniquely on your own responsibility and commitment with the involved third part(s). Full Poster may inhibit either selectively or globally, either temporarily or permanently, the inclusion of whatever content without providing any notice or explanation. You are aware that whatever reliance or resources you may have invested on third parts contents inclusions is entirely at your risk and that in no circumstances you will consider yourself entitled to pursue Full Poster for refunds or compensations of whatever sort in case of malfunctions, security hazards, or damages of whatever kind you may suffer for either the inclusion or the exclusion, either implemented by you or by Full Poster at whatever time, of whatever external content provided by third parts.
25. If you live in ITALY, the provided data is subject to the italian law article 15 of L. 675/96 and DPR 318/99. Accordingly to the italian law 193/03 data collected here is meant to register the subscriber and activate for him/her our service. Your data will be dealt with following the law and may be communicated to subjects that manage this site and communicated within the scope of the purposes of this site; in Italy you enjoy the rights of the law articles 7,8,9,10 of the law 193/03.
26. In the contact page you may contact Full Poster. All messages that have NOT as their subject Financial Transaction will be published online. Only Full Poster Members may contact Full Poster, and to this end you must write in english or your communication will not be attended. Abusing this function sending too many messages with disruptive intentions or sending offensive messages or messages without strictly technical contents may cause the inhibition of your ability to post comments. Full Poster does not reply messages unless aboslutely necessary. If Full Poster will contact you via email, the authenticity of the communication will be granted by this: it will start including the chars of your secret answer from the char number 1 till the char number 5.
27. Full Poster databases may be located in Italy and, consequently, be subject to italian and European Union laws. If you do not accept this possible location for your poster storage or you do not accept these Terms Of Services, we will not be able to provide you with our services.
