Florentine flats is managed and owned by Rachel Camarda, an American mother who's been living in Firenze for 20 years. Her apt's all have excellent locations in the heart of the historic city center And are enhanced with florentine charm and character. There are a wide variety of apt's including luxury, comfortable and economical (ideal for students studying abroad), bathrooms and kitchens are all newly remodeled to suit american needs. Apt's are available to accomodate singles, couples, families and large groups. Flats are available weekly and monthly (some daily), at affordable prices all year long. Rachel is a great contact and always willing to help with any problems you might encounter while visiting this special city.

Via Fiesolana Two bedroom, ground floor apt. Located just 3 blocks from both piazza duomo and piazza santa croce. Tastefully furnished with tuscan colors and charm. Great for students or families looking for a nice place to stay but at a affordable price. Sleeps up to 5 people. Washing machine, color t.v. and shower in the bathroom.
Via Della Mattonaia Warm, bright, large one bedroom apt. near the market place of St. Ambrogio. Sleeps up to 4 people. Parquet floors and firplace. Completely remodeled with great taste! 15 minute walk to Piazza Duomo. t.v, washing machine.
Via dell' Oriuolo Large 2nd floor, one bedroom apt. Situated right behind piazza duomo, (the Heart of the city center). Ample living and dining room with firplace.  
Bathroom with tub and shower, newly furnished and restored. Kitchenette Coplete with dishwasher. Air conditioning and washing machine. Very Comfrtable apt. And excellent location. Walking distance to all churches and Monuments.
Via dell' Agnolo Corner apartment with small terrace situated between Santa Croce and the market place of St. Ambrogio. Completely remodeled, two bedrooms, living-dining area with fold out couch and ample kitchen corner. First floor with lots of daylight and bright furnishings. Bathroom with shower, TV and washing machine. Sleeps up to 4 people.
Via della Vigna Nuova Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apt, tastefully decorated and furnished in a refined Tuscan style. Located right off the River Arno and Via Tornabuoni. Large new, eat in kitchen, ideal for families. 2nd floor with elevator. Satellite T.V., washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning. Perhaps my favorite apt.!
Via della Vigna Nuova (2) Luxury apartment in the historic center of Firenze situated on one of the most elegant streets in Firenze near the River Arno and the Duomo. Via della Vigna Nuova, n° 17. It's on the 3rd floor with an elevator. There's a very large living room with a fireplace, antiques and leather furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and micro wave oven. There are 2 bedroom and studio with a fold out couch, and 3 bathrooms. The house sleeps up to 6 people and has two floors. Air conditioning and washing machine.
Piazza Della Signoria Elegant two bedroom luxury apt. Right in piazza della signoria.  
Sleeps up to 4 people, bathroom with tub and shower, satelite t.v, lovely Antique furnishings with all modern day conveniences, excellent location. Elevator and complete kitchen facilities.
Via Castello d' Altafronte Charming 1st floor apt., right around the corner from Piazza Della Signoria. Sleeps up to 4 people- 2 bedroom, Living/dining room with kitchenette, T.V., Telephone, washing machine.
Borgo San Frediano Situated in piazza del carmine,just 3 blocks the ponte vecchio Darling rooftop view apt. Apt. On the 4th floor, (no elevator), Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, all modern conveniences, romantic for  
Couples, and perfect for students.
Via Toscanella Cheerful, bright one bedroom apt decorated in pastel colors. One block off Palazzo Pitti, Giardini Boboli, and Piazza Santo Spirito. New Tuscan kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, Fold out couch bed in living room. Air conditioning, t.v., washing machine, dishwasher , 1st floor.
Borgo San Jacopo The jewel of florentineflats.com is located just around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio on a quiet, elegant street called Borgo San Jacopo. This charming apt. sleeps up to 4 people, has a large living and dining area with antique florentine characteristics, kitchentte, bathroom with shower. t.v., telephone, and air conditioning. 1st floor.
Costa dei Magnoli Luxury 3rd floor apt.(elevator) with fantastic 3 window view of the uffizi And river arno.  
Large living and dining area complete with antique furnishings. Two bedroom, Two bathroom (bathtub)  
Complete kitchen, laundry room, and all modern conveniences. Two minutes From the ponte vecchio, palazzo pitti And piazza della signoria.
Via di San Niccolo' This cosy, charming two room apt. (sleeps up to 4 people) is situated right off the River Arno and at the feet of Piazzale Michelangelo. Via San Niccolo' is one of the most "chic" neighborhoods in Firenze and offers a variety of bars and restaurants. The apt. is well equipped to suit all your needs.
